We want you to love your sound experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all Victrola products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your turntable or speaker in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
